It’s been years since the last time I saw Kamelot playing live.

They were playing at the Sziget Festival, right after Iron Maiden, on the smaller Mtv Headbanger’s Ball stage.

The stage was under a tent. It was well filled for Kamelot and there were a lot of fans singing every song in the front rows.

The audience was great!

It looks like Kamelot has a lot of fans in Hungary.

There was even a better feeling than for the Iron Maiden gig: most people around me knew every word of every song!
That’s wasn’t the case for Iron Maiden.

There were some good lights but the stage was very dark and completely covered by smoke.

Once again, the sound wasn’t very good and not well balanced: the bass guitar was too loud.

Kamelot did a good performance.
The musicians didn’t move much on stage, except for Thomas Youngblood who keeps headbanging while playing his solos.

Khan stays in the centre of the stage, teasing the audience and making us sing.

They played a long version of Forever, where everyone was singing very loud.

The last song was March of Mephisto. Two girls appeared, one on each side of the stage, playing a snare drum with their eyes blinded.

The setlist included mostly songs from their latest albums.
