Tesla started finally and I have to say that I was very glad to see this band for the first time.

The first great moment of their gig came, of course, with the hit Love Song. That was great: we had some 10 000 metalheads singing that one.

JK was in some kind of a “hippy” mood, telling the audience how important love is, that love is everywhere, and that love is what makes the world goes round.

This band has a lot of ballads. Some will say that hearing ballads in the morning of a Festival Day won't wake you up. They're right, but here we're talking about Tesla's ballads, which are some of the beautiful hard rock songs you can find!

Dave Rude, Brian Wheat and Frank Hannon from Tesla live at the Sweden Rock Festival - June 2008 What I love about Sweden Rock is that all the bands play long shows. Look at this: one of the first bands of the playing a 12-song setlist and more than an hour!
It's the only Festival where I've seen something like this.

Sings was another great moment of this concert, as well as What You Give and Little Suzy.

The last song was a fast and energetic version of Edison’s Medicine.

Tesla managed to wake up lots of metalheads since 1pm and made the party start on that Friday. A great live band, don’t miss them if they go to your town.
