We went up the river, and crossed the bridge to get to Mostar’s Old Town. There are some really beautiful buildings, but unfortunately you can’t forget that there was a war not so long ago.
A lot of people rely on nearby Croatia’s tourist boom: there are a lot of souvenir stalls as well as lots of cafés, restaurants, bars and pubs. We saw a couple of tourist groups, which came on organized tours from Split or Dubrovnik.
